Amy Roylance
Accredited Practising Dietitian, Lactation Counsellor & SOS Feeding Therapist
Amy graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a highly experienced Accredited Practicing Dietitian who has worked in paediatric health for over 10 years.
After beginning her career at Western Hospital as a clinical Dietitian for a number of years, in 2010 Amy moved to London where she commenced a specialisation in paediatric dietetics and health.
Through her own pregnancies, breastfeeding and motherhood experience, Amy developed an interest in supporting and treating women. Amy went on to complete additional graduate training in Fertility and Pregnancy Nutrition.
Within paediatrics Amy has a particular interest in first foods and introduction to solids, ensuring nutritional adequacy and variety. She is also a qualified Feeding Therapist having trained in the internationally recognised SOS Approach to Feeding. She is here to help families with a range of feeding and eating challenges such as food fussiness, picky eating and problem feeders, food refusal, as well as growth and development concerns such as failure to thrive.
Amy is currently working with the Australian Breastfeeding Association on a Diploma of Breastfeeding Management. Helping mothers and parents with infant feeding and lactation is quickly becoming her most passionate area of practice.
With three gorgeous young children of her own, Amy often draws on her own personal experiences which she feels makes her a compassionate health professional, fully aware of the challenges mothers and parents face when striving for their own health and that of their children.
Sarah Lukeis
Health Psychologist
Sarah is an endorsed Health Psychologist who is passionate about supporting families and children to live happier, healthier lives. Sarah specializes in health behaviour change and has spent much of her career supporting families to develop a healthy relationship with eating, activity and weight. She also has considerable experience supporting families to develop the healthy routines that underpin mental health and wellbeing, including mealtime routines, exercise and sleep.
With two young girls, Sarah has first-hand experience of the complexities and challenges of being a parent and the need for realistic expectations and goals when it comes to behaviour change.
Sarah also works with individuals who have been diagnosed with a range of health conditions. She can provide support to change behaviours required to successfully manage these conditions, such as improving eating and activity habits or medication compliance. She can also help with any mental health concerns associated with these conditions, such as anxiety and depression.
Sarah provides client-centered care and will always work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs.
Jade Signorino
Naturopath
Jade is a very personable and compassionate University Qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist. She has over 12 years experience in helping others to reclaim their optimal health and feel thier best. Jade has combined her passion for connecting with people with her extensive knowledge of the transformative ability of a healthy diet, lifestyle modifications, and scientifically supported herbal and nutritional medicine so to provide you with a holistic and personalised approach to your healthcare. In a realistic pace and manner that is comfortable for you, she will work with you to identify and resolve the underlying causes of dysfunction or imbalance within your body, the key to long-term health. She will also provide you with ongoing support and strategies so that you feel back in control of your own health.
Jade’s area of speciality is women’s health and all things MOTHERHOOD and beyond, including preconception care, pregnancy support, post-partum and post -natal depletion. She understands that becoming a mother is journey involving many physical and emotional transitions. Jade will support, nurture and help you navigate through these changes, priortise yourself and to regain your energy and vitality so that you truly thrive, not just a mother but as a woman.
Jade works in conjunction with other medical and health professional to ensure your best health outcome. She also draws on a range of diagnostic tests and incorporates a number of treatment options in your individualised treatment plans.
